Refunds and cancellations

The free diagnostic mock is the whole product in miniature and costs nothing. Take it before you buy anything. Most refund requests are really someone discovering after payment that the format was not what they expected, and the free mock answers that for free.

A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided no paid mock exam has been started. This applies to the Starter plan (₱249 for 30 days) and the Pro plan (₱499 for 60 days).

Starting a paid mock is the point at which the thing you bought has been delivered, which is why it closes the window rather than the clock alone.

A study guide unlocked with a credit or bought on its own (₱99) is not refundable once unlocked. It is a downloadable file that is yours permanently from the moment it opens, so there is nothing to return.

Site access is not refundable after the window above has closed or after a paid mock has been started, whichever comes first.

Email support@genetrify.com or call +63 956 002 9945from the account holder's details, with the email address on the account and the date of purchase. Your invoice, downloadable from your billing page, has both on it.

We reply within 5 business days. An approved refund is returned through the same payment method used to buy, which is a requirement of the payment processor rather than a preference of ours.

There is nothing to cancel. Plans do not auto-renew, so access simply ends when the period you paid for ends and no further charge is made. Study guides you have unlocked stay unlocked after site access expires.

This policy does not limit your rights under Philippine consumer law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Where that law gives you a remedy this policy does not, the law applies.
